Fisher® DVC2000
The ATEX certified, Fisher® DVC2000 digital valve controller sets new standards for ease of use.
As well as being quicker to install and easier to use, the DVC2000 enables accurate control, especially when combined with a Fisher control valve. An optional, integrated package includes a position transmitter and two limit switches and best of all, the DVC2000 is compact, mounts to any valve actuator, has full NAMUR mounting capability and LCIE 05 ATEX 6
009 X certification.
Utilising its local user interface that features pushbuttons and a multi-language LCD display, it is possible to initiate a quick setup routine that automatically calibrates and tunes the DVC2000 to the valve.
Thanks to the accurate control, your operator can move the set point for more throughput, higher quality and improved yield. In addition, the DVC2000 increases uptime by detecting valve faults. It provides predictive intelligence via PlantWeb® digital plant architecture. Further, the DVC2000 offers a linkage-less, non-contact position sensor that eliminates wear parts and lost motion, helping to ensure accurate, long-lasting control.
