At
RAM Universal we have undergone a great deal of research with
regard to valve actuation. Highly accurate mounting together
with unique brackets increase the trouble free cycling of
the valves and also bring envelope dimension to a minimum.
At RAM we stock valves, actuators and mount brackets for a
next day turn round on automated valves. No other distributor
offers a more compact automated valve package then RAM.

Special
Service Actuators
The
Forac 'Dome' actuator is based around the standard four pistoned
design. The actuator is supplied with a close fitting, stainless
steel lid that is secured to a polypropylene or stainless
steel base plate. The lid seals against an 'O' ring on the
base plate and the dome nuts that secure it also have 'O'
ring seals. This gives the 'Dome' actuator a standard IP rating
of 67 or higher if required. Available in spring return or
double acting, the 'Dome' can now be fitted with switches
or proximity sensors, solenoid valves and visual indication
without getting any bigger in size! This ultimate package
offers not only high chemical resistance along with aesthetically
clean lines and hose down

surfaces,
but offers the smallest actuation package on the market. At
RAM Universal we can mount this actuator package onto any
quarter turn valve.

acilities to customers. If your site standard is different
to the Habonim Compact actuator, then we have direct links
with other actuator manufacturers and our machine shop can
manufacture stainless steel mount brackets to suit any valves,

the right valve package for you!
