and reliable design of the valves offers complete isolation
of product media from the body and stem by a totally encapsulating
seat design.
Universal
Flange Compatibility
Due
to the way the valve bodies are cast, the wafer type valves
will be suitable for mounting into most of teh world's flange
tyoes. Semi-lugged and fully lugged valves are cast to specific
flange requierments.

Automation
& Control
The
modern process plant is becoming more and more automated and,
as a result, RAM Universal has moved itself into a position
to service the modern engineer. With a wide range of valves
and actuators in stock, we can supply, on a fast turn around,
almost any combination of valve trim with a large variety
of actuator type, for instance, spring return, double acting
or electrical.

High
Performance Butterfly Valves
RAM Universal
also stock a range of high performance butterfly valves for
more arduous duties. These double offset valves offer a much
higher pressure rating to their rubber lined cousins, are
available with metal seals for high temperature applications
and are even firesafe to BS 6755 part 2. For more corrosive
applications, we also stock fully PTFE lined butterfly valves
offering long service life, even under the most aggressive
chemical conditions.
