V-port Control Valve
New
innovations carried out at Habonim include specialised valve
manufacture including their V-port control ball valve. Here
particular attention has been applied to teh ball and downstream
seat, each compnent is match paired and lapped together to
give an excellent bubble tight shut off on metal to metal
contact. High accuracy continues throughout the ball and stem
connection to the actuator and drive coupling to minimise
'lost motion' between each component when bolted to the correct
equipment, this gives rise to the making of a very accurate
control valve. Specialised downstream profiles can be manufactured
into the seat in order to tailor each valve to suit specific
process requirements.

Clean
High Purity Valves
CHabonim's family of clean valves are intended for use on
critical process applications which require contaminant free
conditions. The use of high grade materials, exacting surface
finishes and a quick acting leak free construction, results
in a clean valve suitable for the semi-conductor, food, pharmacutical
and cosmetic industries. With the introduction of the TuBore
range, Habonim now offer valves that exactly match the internal
bore dimensions of the pipe work, allowing crevice and step
free pipe runs ideal for C.I.P and pigging systems.

Fugitive
Emission Control
Habonim have also pioneered a range of bonnets to suit their
ball valves to monitor any Fugitive Emissions from the stem
area of the valve. This retrofittable bonnet offers a practical
and cost effective alternative, while retaining customers'
investments in existing Habonim valves. The double set of
live loaded stem seals with leak-off ports between them, can
be connected to an alarm or pressure monitoring device. Any
changes detected between teh stem packing will mean a leak
is present, giving maintennance a head start to prevent atmospheric
leakages before they happen.
