The MonoFlexy is a valve dedicated, in the production process, to the interruption of the flow of products easily subject to damage such as capsules, tablets, pearls and all those fragile elements that can often be damaged by the movement of a stainless steel butterfly. Its use is mainly seen in the production processes of the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Unlike the Flexivalve made by Sterivalves, it consists of a monobloc body and a butterfly with a single support shaft, with an execution that further facilitates disassembly and cleaning operations, as well as routine inspection operations. The Monoflexy valve is also made according to the Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulation, known in Italy asGood Manufacturing Practice or NBF.
