RAM Universal are extremely proud to share that we have achieved an EcoVadis Gold Medal!

This year, we set a target to improve upon our bronze EcoVadis medal and we are absolutely thrilled to now be sporting the Gold, in the top 5% of companies!

Some areas that made us stand out are:

- Our contribution of electricity to the grid via our solar panels (putting out 3x our usage, including charging 4 of our electric company cars)
- Our profit sharing scheme and private health care provision (completely equal on both counts for all employees)
- Our approach to continuous employee development

We are over the moon with this result and look forward to continuously adopting ways to improve.
